Appraisal

Depending on information available, your location, schedule and personal preference, the appraisal process is conducted either by phone, at our showroom or at your home/workplace.

Repairs

Whether you need a new clasp, prong re-tipping, or a complete overhaul, our skilled jewellers have years of experience repairing all types of fine jewellery, from simple ring resizing too intricate antique restoration work. Every repair job is completed with precision and utmost care for your precious pieces.

Replacements

Once your items have been assessed, a replacement value will be established by your insurance company. You may choose to replace with similar or alternative items and are able to replace with items from stock, special order or individually designed and handcrafted in our workshop.

Jewellery Remodelling

We can remake your old jewelry into new designs. Our jewelers take apart the original piece and reuse the gems and metals. We then craft a custom, updated jewelry item based on your style.
